Chestnut Cottage

Chestnut Cottage is in Iveston, near Lanchester. It's detached, so you won't have anyone right next to you. I live nearby.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean without being high-end. The shower is good.

You're about a mile and a half from Lanchester village. There's a pub and a shop there. It's a proper, historic village with a big green. The roads around here are quiet if you like cycling.

Durham city is about a ten mile drive. You can see the cathedral, walk by the river, and there are plenty of places to eat. Corbridge is about fifteen miles the other way, good for a wander and a coffee. You're not far from bits of Hadrian's Wall either, like at Corbridge Roman Town.

The cottage has its own parking. There's a garden with a patio. Inside, it's all open plan downstairs. It's got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included.
