No 1 - Sandown Park is one of the converted stables at Tedsmore Hall. It's in the village of Tedsmore, near West Felton. It's countryside. Quiet.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of them are ensuite. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and has everything.
You've got your own patio with furniture. There's underfloor heating downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.
There's a shared games room on the estate with a pool table and table tennis. You can walk around the grounds. Parking is right outside.
You can bring dogs. Up to two.
For local days out, Oswestry is about ten minutes by car. It's a market town with shops. Shrewsbury is a bigger town, maybe 25 minutes away. It's got the Quarry Park and the theatre.
The Powis Castle gardens are worth seeing. They're about half an hour's drive. Old Oswestry Hill Fort is closer, it's an English Heritage site you can walk around.
