Buckley Farm, Barn 1
This is Buckley Farm, Barn 1. It's near the village of Pentre in Shropshire. We converted it from one of the farm buildings. The views over the fields are really good.
It sleeps six, in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms as well, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard. Everything's new.
The barn is all open plan downstairs. The ceilings are high with the old beams still showing. It gets a lot of light.
You're right by the River Severn here. You can walk straight out from the door. There's a network of local footpaths. The National Cycle Route 81 is close if you have bikes.
Nesscliffe Hills and the Cliffe Countryside Heritage Site are about a five minute drive. It's a big area of woodland and heath to walk in. Shrewsbury is ten miles east. It's a nice town to wander around, with a castle and a market. Oswestry is about eleven miles away, that direction is towards the Welsh border.
For facilities, it's all there. Washing machine, wifi, TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair and a stairgate if you need them. The property is wheelchair accessible. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
