Pepperpot Lodge is near Baschurch in Shropshire. It's a one-bedroom cottage for two people. The building is old, it's Grade II listed, and it's on what used to be a big estate. It's detached, so no one's next door.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The bedroom has its own bathroom attached. Everything is on one floor, it's open plan. There's parking right outside.
The cottage looks out onto a big old walled garden. We've got some animals around: a few friendly pigs, some dogs, and horses. You might see them from the window.
There's a pub in the village, about a mile away. You can walk it if you don't mind a country lane. Baschurch has a shop and a restaurant too, also about a mile. For more choice, Oswestry and Shrewsbury are a short drive. They've got shops, places to eat, and theatres like the Theatre Severn.
If you like walking, it's good here. You're not far from the Welsh border. Ellesmere and its meres are about twenty minutes north. For a longer day out, you can get into the Shropshire Hills, like the Long Mynd, in under half an hour.
Everything you need is here: bed linen, towels, WiFi, and the electricity is included. There's no washing machine, just so you know. No pets allowed, sorry.
You can book it together with the other cottage here, The Summerhouse, if there's four of you.
