This is Buckley Farm, Barn 2. It's in Pentre in Shropshire. There are two barn conversions here, this is one of them. They've been done up recently.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, which is handy. You can bring one dog. It's got a 5 Star rating which means it's well put together and everything works.
The barn is open-plan inside, with wooden beams. Big windows. You get a view over the fields from here, and you can see the River Severn. It's a working farm, so you'll see sheep and hear tractors sometimes.
For getting around, the floor is level at the entrance so it's okay for wheelchairs. There's parking right outside.
You can walk straight out from the door. The farmer's tracks are there to use. The national cycle route 81 is nearby if you have bikes.
Nesscliffe Hills and the Cliffe Countryside Heritage Site are about five minutes away by car. It's a big area of woods and heath to walk in. Shropshire Hills AONB has details.
Shrewsbury is ten miles. It's good for a day out: the market, the castle, cafes. Oswestry is eleven miles the other way, near the Welsh border.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The other barn, Barn 1, can be rented with this one if you're a bigger group. You'd have the place to yourselves then.
