Rabbits Rest
Rabbits Rest is a glamping pod at Broomy Bank near Great Ness. It's for two people, though there is a sofa bed. The pod faces west over fields.
It's got one bedroom with a double bed and a modern shower room. It's rated 4 Star. The main feature is a big glass door that opens right up. You get the views. There's a small kitchen area with what you'll need, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included.
Outside, there's a patio with furniture and your own hot tub. The pod is detached and you get that bit of the garden to yourselves. Parking is right there.
You can walk to Nesscliffe Hills Country Park, which is woodland and sandstone cliffs. There's a village shop about a mile away. The local pub is a 15 minute walk.
Shrewsbury is a 15 minute drive. It's a good market town with the usual shops, the Quarry Park, and the Theatre Severn. For a day out, Attingham Park is about half an hour away. Oswestry is a bit closer. Further west, Lake Vyrnwy is good for walking and is roughly a 40 minute drive.
