This is Leven Lodge 3. It's a two-bedroom chalet on a private estate just outside Arden, on Loch Lomond. It sleeps four. There's one bathroom with a shower.
The lodge is modern and detached. It's open plan inside. The main living space and kitchen are all one room. It's got a deck at the front with a view over the grounds towards the loch. There's a hot tub on the deck, which is private to your lodge.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. Parking is right outside.
You're on the Lomond Castle Estate, so it's quiet. The shore of Loch Lomond is about a five minute walk down through the grounds. You can't see the water from the lodge itself, but you can hear it sometimes when it's still.
The Duck Bay restaurant and Cameron House hotel are a short walk along the shore road if you want food or a drink out. Balloch is about a ten minute drive. That's where you'll find the main shops, supermarkets, and the train station.
For things to do, you're right on the edge of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The National Park authority site is good for walking routes and advice on visiting the islands. You can hire boats from several places around the loch. A drive up the west side of the loch towards Luss and beyond is a good way to see it.
Glasgow city centre is about a 25-30 minute drive if you need to go in. The airport is about 20 minutes away.
This lodge is one of four similar ones on the same plot, called the Sanctuary Lodges. They can be booked together for bigger groups.
