Duck Bay Cottage 2
Duck Bay Cottage 2 is in Balloch, right on the shore of Loch Lomond. It's a semi-detached house, one of a pair next to each other. You can book them together if you need more space.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. The front garden is shared with the other cottage and has a low wall, so you need to keep an eye on kids and dogs. The back garden is fully enclosed and is just for you. There's a hot tub out there.
You're directly across the road from the loch. There's a bit of beach you can use for paddling. The views from the cottage are over the water towards the hills.
There's a hotel right opposite, about a minute's walk. They do food and drink. For boat trips or watersports, you only have to go a few minutes up the road to the main pier.
Balloch village has shops and places to eat, it's about a five minute drive. From there you can get on the main road to Glasgow, which takes about 45 minutes if you need the city. Going the other way, you're straight into the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.
The facilities are all there: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive. You can bring one dog.
