Duck Bay Cottage 2
This is Duck Bay Cottage two. It's in Balloch, right on the shore of Loch Lomond. It's a semi-detached house, one of a pair. You look straight out over the water.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star award, which means it's well equipped and comfortable. The pavement out front is busy, so you need to be careful with children and dogs. The garden at the back is fully enclosed.
There's a private hot tub in the back garden. It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
You're literally across the road from the loch. There's a bit of shingle beach you can use for paddling. The hotel opposite does food and drink. For boat trips and water sports, you only have to go a few minutes down the road to the pier.
Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is all around you. For walking, Ben Lomond is about a 40 minute drive. The West Highland Way runs through Balloch. Glasgow city centre is about a 25 minute drive if you need something from the shops.
