Courtyard Studio Arden

This is the Courtyard Studio. It's a single-storey barn conversion, behind the main house here at Auchendennan Farm in Arden. It sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.

The set-up is open-plan. Kitchen, living area, bed, all in one space. It’s straightforward and clean. Because it's all on the ground floor and has a level entrance, it suits people who find steps difficult. There's parking right outside.

It’s in a courtyard, so the outlook is other buildings, not the loch. You’re sharing the courtyard with other cottages and the main house, so it’s not totally private, but it’s quiet. You get your own patio area with a barbecue.

The farm is in the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. There's a pub about a five minute walk up the road. The nearest shop is in Balloch, about two miles away.

From here, you're well placed for the lochside. Balloch and the Cameron House resort are a short drive. You can get loch cruises from there. For a good walk, the West Highland Way path is on your doorstep. Ben Lomond is the closest big hill if you’re up for that.

Facilities wise: there's WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. We can provide a travel cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There’s an electric vehicle charging point on site.
