Courtyard Studio

This is the Courtyard Studio. It's on a farmstead in Arden, on the eastern side of Loch Lomond. It's a single-storey barn conversion, so everything is on one level. You'll be in the courtyard behind the main farmhouse.

It sleeps two people in one bedroom, and there's one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. The layout is open-plan, so the living, kitchen, and sleeping areas are all in one room. That works for a couple but it's not for people who want separate spaces. There's a TV and WiFi.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, no bath. You can park right outside. The property is wheelchair accessible from the parking area into the main room and the shower room.

You can bring one dog. There's an electric vehicle charger on site.

The location is quiet and rural. There's a pub about a quarter of a mile up the road. For a shop, you'll need to drive about two miles.

You're right in Loch Lomond National Park. For walks, you can head straight out from the door. More serious walking, like up Ben Lomond, is a short drive away. The West Highland Way passes nearby. You can drive down to Balloch for loch cruises or to visit the Lomond Shores centre. The Cameron House resort is a few minutes away by car.

Glasgow is about a 40-minute drive if you want a day in the city or to go to the airport. Stirling and Edinburgh are within an hour and a half.
