Little Fawn is a lodge on a small, quiet park in Otterburn. It's detached and you get the decking area and garden to yourselves.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The main living space is open plan: kitchen, dining, and sitting area all in one room.
Outside, there's a private deck with a hot tub. The garden is enclosed, which is useful if you're bringing dogs. You can bring up to two pets. There's parking for two cars on the drive.
The location is good for getting into the countryside. You're right on the edge of Northumberland National Park. For a walk from the door, you can head up onto the surrounding hills.
Otterburn itself has a couple of places to eat and a village shop. For a bigger supermarket, you'd drive to Corbridge or Hexham.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got a lot. The Cherryburn estate is nearby. Hadrian's Wall is accessible, with sites like Housesteads Fort. The market towns of Hexham and Morpeth are both within reach for a day out.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, a TV, WiFi, and bedding is included. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. The hot tub is private and just for your use.
