The living room has a wood burner for cooler nights. The patio doors go through to a large conservatory, so there's plenty of space to sit. The kitchen looks out west over fields towards the Paden Hills, so you get the sunset.

You're about half an hour's drive from Kielder Water. It's a huge reservoir with forest around it. It's also a Dark Sky Park, so the stargazing is good if it's clear. You can book time at the Kielder Observatory.
