The Cottage At West Brinsea Farm
The Cottage is on our farm in Honey Hall. It's a 5 Star place, so it's quite nice, but it's still just a cottage on a farm. It's all on one level and has wheelchair access, which is handy.
It's for two people. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. We can put a travel cot in the bedroom if you need one. You can bring one dog. They need to be on a lead in the garden, but there's five acres of our own woods and fields they can run about in.
The farm isn't working, so it's quiet. You get the place to yourselves. The garden has seating and a firepit. There's a new hot tub. The French doors from the living room lead into a games room with a pool table, table tennis, darts, and a TV.
Inside, it's comfortable. There's a woodburner in the living room and a Smart TV with Sky. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
For things to do, the Mendip Springs golf course is right next door. The nearest pub or restaurant is about two miles away in the village. Weston-Super-Mare and the coast are a short drive. Cheddar Gorge is close, about 15 minutes. Chew Valley Lake is good for a walk. Wells, Glastonbury, and Wookey Hole are all within half an hour.
If you want to go further, Bristol and Bath are about an hour's drive.
