Cinnabar is an apartment for two people in Berwick-upon-Tweed. It's on the Quay Walls, right by the river. The address is central but it’s down a little lane, so it’s quieter than you'd think.
The apartment is one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished. The bedroom is up a few steps from the main living area. The bed is a kingsize.
The shower is a good size, with a rainfall head. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a coffee machine. There's also a washing machine in a utility cupboard. You get a parking permit for one car on the street outside.
The sitting room has a large sofa and a TV. You can use your own Netflix account on it. There's a fireplace but it doesn't work, it's just for looks. The doors open onto a small, enclosed courtyard. It's green and has a table for two.
You are very central. It's a minute's walk to the river and the town walls. The main street with shops is about five minutes away. The local beach is a short walk along the walls. The train station is walkable too.
For days out, Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island are about a twenty minute drive north. Alnwick Castle and Gardens is roughly half an hour south. The Northumberland Coast Path is right there if you want to walk.
