Heron House
This is Heron House in Berwick. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the walls. You can get to the river in a couple of minutes. The beach is even closer, maybe five minutes walk.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's recently been done up to a high standard. The kitchen was refitted a few years ago and has everything you'd need. There's a wood burner in the living room.
The master bedroom faces the sea. You can see it from the windows. The other two bedrooms are fine, a decent size. The bathroom has a big shower.
It's set up for families. We provide a cot and a highchair. The garden is enclosed so it's safe for kids and dogs. You can bring up to two dogs.
The town centre is about a mile away for shops and places to eat. There's a local pub closer than that. Parking is on site.
For things to do, you're right on the coast. The beaches at Berwick and Spittal are good. You can walk into Scotland across the bridge. The Northumberland Coast is all there to explore. Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island are about a twenty minute drive. The Northumberland National Park is inland if you fancy something different.
Facilities wise: it's got wifi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are included. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but there are stairs to the bedrooms upstairs.
