Sea View At Lamberton

Sea View at Lamberton is a detached cottage in Burnmouth, in the Scottish Borders. It's right on the coast, so you have a clear view out to sea from the front. You can see Bamburgh Castle and the Farne Islands from the windows and the decking.

It sleeps six in three bedrooms. One double is on the ground floor, the other double and a twin are upstairs. There's one bathroom, on the ground floor, with a shower over the bath. It's a 4 Star place, so it's got everything you need and is kept tidy.

The garden is a good size. There's an elevated deck at the front which is the best spot for the view. You get parking on the drive, and there's an electric vehicle charger if you need it.

Inside, there's a woodburning stove for a fire if the weather turns. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped and has a little utility area off to the side with the washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can take up to two dogs.

The village is very small. The local pub is in Burnmouth itself. For bigger shops, Berwick-upon-Tweed is about ten minutes away by car. You can get the train from there too.

You're right on the coast for walking. The Berwickshire Coastal Path is on the doorstep. Golf is nearby, and there's local fishing and horse riding. Within about half an hour you've got Berwick, Holy Island, and Eyemouth. Bamburgh and the Farne Islands are a bit further, maybe forty minutes depending on the causeway tide.
