The watchful eye of the RNLI lifeguards allows for some of the best surfing in the world alongside swimming and a whole host of water-based activities. Bude today is a lovely seaside town, the main shopping streets and inter-connecting alleyways play host to a wide range of locally-owned shops, restaurants and pubs.
