Erica Lodge
Erica Lodge is in Willington, Derbyshire. It's on a marina, in a quiet bit on the west side. The place looks out over the water and the boats. It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms: one king-size with its own shower room, and two twins. There's also a main bathroom. You can bring up to two dogs.
It's all open plan downstairs. The kitchen's at one end with a dining table by the doors to the veranda. You can eat outside there if it's nice. The lounge has two big sofas, a TV, and a wood-effect electric stove for heat. There's WiFi and the TV has streaming apps. There's also a telescope thing for looking at birds on the water.
It was built and furnished in 2021, so everything is still quite new. It has a 4 Star rating. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right there.
Willington itself has a couple of pubs and shops. You're about 20 minutes by car from Derby. For a day out, the Peak District is on your doorstep. Carsington Water is 15 minutes away for walks and cycling. For bigger trips, places like Chatsworth House or Matlock Bath are within half an hour.
