Victoria Cottage

Victoria Cottage is in the middle of Kettlewell, about a minute's walk from the pub. It's a small old cottage, seventeenth century I think. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom.

It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, but it's not a show home. The ceilings are low in places, and the stairs are steep. That's just how these old places are.

You've got a little garden out the back with a table. There's parking for one car right outside.

Inside, there's a woodburning stove for the evenings, which is nice. TV and wifi work fine. There's a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included. We can provide a highchair if you need one.

The village shop is just up the road. The pub is even closer. They do food.

For walking, you're right in it. You can step out the door and be on the fells. Grassington is about ten minutes drive for more shops and cafes. Skipton, with the castle and market, is about half an hour. For the big sights, Malham Cove and Aysgarth Falls are both within half an hour's drive.
