Holly Cottage is in Kettlewell, in the Yorkshire Dales. It sleeps six, but it's split between two parts. The main cottage has the living area and two bedrooms upstairs. Then directly across the road there's an annexe studio with a big bed and its own bathroom.
The main cottage has an open plan living room with a woodburning stove. There's a TV with Netflix. The stairs up to the bedrooms are fairly steep. That's just how it is.
The annexe has a super king bed that can be two singles, a shower room, a TV, and a small fridge and microwave. It's good if some people want a bit of separation, or for older kids.
You're right in the village. The shop is a few minutes walk one way, a couple of pubs are a few minutes the other. They do food. The cottage has its own small garden with seating.
For walks, you can head straight out from the door. The paths up to Great Whernside or over to Starbotton are right there. For a drive, Grassington is about ten minutes away. Skipton and Bolton Abbey are within half an hour. Harrogate and the Forest of Bowland are a bit further, maybe 45 minutes.
Facilities: there's parking for one car, a washing machine, dishwasher, bike storage, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can take up to two dogs.
