Inglenook Cottage is in Kettlewell, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It’s over 350 years old. You're right on the village green, part of a row of cottages.
It sleeps seven in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms, which helps with a group that size. It’s got a 4 Star rating. There are a lot of original features, so you'll see exposed beams and a big stone fireplace with a multi-fuel burner. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, so they’re steep. Stairgates are fitted.
The kitchen is country-style with a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and highchair if you need them. Wifi and TV are there. No pets, sorry.
You can walk straight from the door onto the fells. The River Wharfe runs through the village, and there’s fishing and caving nearby. There are three pubs in the village, and one is about 60 yards away. They all serve food. There are village shops too.
Skipton with its castle is about a 25 minute drive. You can get to Malham Cove and Gordale Scar in under half an hour. For a longer drive, Harrogate is about an hour away.
