Felin Gogoyan is a mill cottage near Llanddewi Brefi, right in the middle of the Cambrian Mountains. It's detached, so you're on your own out there. The view is just fields and hills.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one shower room upstairs. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and a TV. The other has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place was renovated a few years ago so it's in good order.
You've got your own fishing rights on about a mile and a half of the River Teifi. It's salmon and trout. The season runs from March to October.
There's a wood burner in the living room for cooler nights. Patio doors open out to the garden. The hot tub is out there. The garden is yours to use.
For facilities, it's got the normal things: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking and an electric vehicle charger. The entrance is level so it's accessible for wheelchairs.
The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in the village. A proper restaurant is about five miles.
You can walk or mountain bike straight from the door onto the tracks and trails. The coast at Aberystwyth is about a 30 minute drive. You've got golf locally, and the Cambrian Mountains all around you. For planning days out, the National Trust in Wales and Visit Wales sites are useful.
No pets, I'm afraid.
