This is Dyffryn. It's a cottage at Glanffrwd Mill, near Cellan in Ceredigion. It's for two people.
It's got a five star rating, which means it's well finished and comfortable. It's a single storey down, open plan. Kitchen, table, sofa. Bedroom's upstairs with an en-suite bathroom. The stairs are a typical cottage spiral. If you're tall, watch your head on the beams.
Outside, there's a patio area and some grass for dogs. You can use most of the mill grounds. The hot tub is down by the river, in a separate private area.
The property is rural. The nearest pub is about two miles away in Cellan. Lampeter is a few miles. It's a market town with shops and a university.
For walks, Cors Caron is about fifteen minutes by car. It's a big raised bog. Good for birdwatching. The coast at Aberaeron or New Quay is roughly half an hour. You can see dolphins sometimes from the headland at New Quay. The National Trust's Llanerchaeron estate is worth visiting, about twenty minutes away.
Further afield, Aberystwyth is about forty minutes. It's got a pier, a promenade, and the cliff railway. The Devil's Bridge waterfalls are inland in the other direction.
