Chalet 2
This is Chalet 2. It's on a site at Tomacharich, just outside Fort William. They're detached chalets, so you're not sharing walls. You get your own garden space too.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star grading, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
The main thing here is the view. You look right out over the Caledonian Canal towards Ben Nevis and the Aonach Mor range. You can walk straight onto the canal path from the site.
Fort William is about a ten minute drive. All the shops and things are there. There's a pub about a mile away. The site itself is quiet.
If you're here for the outdoors, you're in the right spot. They call Fort William the outdoor capital. Glencoe is about 20 minutes south for walking. You can get to the ferry for Skye in under an hour. The steam train to Mallaig goes from Fort William, which is a good trip.
In the chalet you've got a washing machine, TV, towels and bedding are included, and there's parking right outside. No pets allowed.
