Beinn Breagha is a two bedroom cottage near Fort William. It sleeps four. It's got a 3 Star rating. The place was renovated a while back so it's all in good order, nothing fancy but it's clean and works well.
You come in at the front into the living room. It's bright. The kitchen is a decent size and has a dishwasher. There's a washing machine too. Upstairs is a large shower room that the two bedrooms share.
Out the back, there's a little porch that's been made into a reading nook. The view from there is straight up towards Ben Nevis. The garden itself is small, with a wooden picnic bench. It's a quiet spot for a coffee in the morning.
You can walk into Fort William from here. The other way, it's a short walk to the Ben Nevis Distillery. There's a local pub within walking distance as well.
The place is good for getting out. You're right at the foot of Ben Nevis if you're up for that. For a gentler walk, the Caledonian Canal towpath is about two miles away and it's a flat, pleasant stroll.
You can drive to Glencoe in about twenty minutes. Loch Ness is under an hour. For a day trip, you can get to Oban, or over to Mallaig for the ferry to Skye. If you want the Jacobite steam train, the one they used in Harry Potter, you need to book that a long time in advance. It leaves from Fort William station.
Facilities wise: it's got a wood burning stove, TV, WiFi, and all the bedding and towels are included. We take up to two dogs. There's parking.
