Baileyfield is in Sandbank, on the shore of Holy Loch. It's a detached house with its own garden, right at the water's edge. The main thing is the view. The living room has big windows looking straight out over the loch to the hills.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The main bedroom has a balcony. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well finished and everything works. It's wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, with a bedroom and a walk-in shower there.
There's a shop about 300 yards away, and a pub and restaurant about 400 yards. The town of Dunoon is a short drive. It has the usual shops and a few places to eat.
If you're into gardens, Benmore Botanic Garden is close by and worth a visit. You're on the edge of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, so walking and cycling routes are everywhere. For getting out on the water, there's sailing or boat tours from Dunoon.
At the house, there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed.
