Ardrhu Cottage is a detached cottage for two on the edge of Dunoon. You can walk into town in a few minutes. It's on a quiet lane and has its own enclosed garden.
It's a 4 Star rating, which means comfortable. It's all on one level. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It's set up so it works for a wheelchair to get in and get around.
The living area is open plan. There's a woodburning stove. It's simple, really. There's a dishwasher and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are there for you.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed.
The town's shops, a pub, and a restaurant are 400 yards away. The seafront is about the same. For a bigger view, you're on the Cowal Peninsula so you can drive a little way for proper coastlines.
You're right by the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The forest tracks start not far from here. The Benmore Botanic Garden is a short drive and is worth it for the giant redwoods.
If you want to explore, the ferry at Colintraive goes over to the Isle of Bute. Inveraray is about a 40 minute drive for the castle and the jail. There are three golf courses nearby if that's your thing.
