Old Chapel
It's called Old Chapel because it was one. It's on the ground floor, you've got your own front door. It's one of two apartments in the building.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star, so it's comfortable and clean. There's a step at the front entrance, but the main living space is all flat once you're inside, which is good if you have mobility issues.
The main room is open plan, so the kitchen, dining and sitting area are all together. It gets the sun. There are views from the front windows over the Lyth Valley. Out the back, there's a private patio that looks onto fields.
You're about seven miles from the coast at Arnside. Levens itself is tiny. There's a shop about 100 yards away. The pub is half a mile.
You're right on the edge of the Lake District. Windermere is about a ten minute drive. Kendal and Kirkby Lonsdale are close for shops. Levens Hall is just up the road, famous for its topiary gardens. Sizergh Castle is National Trust and nearby too.
The Arnside and Silverdale AONB is on your doorstep for walks. You can be in the Yorkshire Dales in about half an hour if you fancied a change from the Lakes.
It's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right there. No pets.
