This is Britannia, a cottage in Furley, Devon. It's a detached place, sat in its own bit of land.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both have their own bathroom so no one has to queue. It's got a Four Star rating. It's nice, but it's not a hotel.
Downstairs is mostly one room: the living area and kitchen together. The kitchen doors open out to a small private patio and garden, which gets the sun. The real space is the grounds. There are about eight acres you can walk around. There's a walled garden, some woodland, and two ponds. One has a fire pit next to it. You can use the Orangery in the walled garden for sitting in.
It's quiet here. The nearest proper shops are in Axminster or Chard, about five miles away. The coast is about half an hour's drive. Lyme Regis and Beer are the closest bits. If you're into walking or geology, that's the Jurassic Coast.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger. You can bring up to two dogs.
There are other cottages here too, so if you're coming with a bigger group you can book more than one.
