Meadows Farm Annex

Meadows Farm Annex is a bungalow on our farm in Penllergaer. It's detached and all on one level. We've renovated it recently, so it's clean and fresh. It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom.

The main space is open plan. There's a small kitchenette, a sofa area with a TV, and the bed. The bathroom is modern. Outside the front door is your own enclosed garden, with a patio and some grass. You can park right beside it.

You're welcome to bring up to two dogs. We're a working farm, so they must be kept on a lead around the yard and the livestock. We also have paddocks available if you're travelling with a horse.

It's quiet here. There's a pub about a 10 minute walk away. For a bigger shop, Gorseinon is a five minute drive. The coast at Swansea Bay is about 15 minutes by car. The proper Gower Peninsula beaches, like Oxwich Bay, are about half an hour away. They're very good.

For walks, Penllergaer Valley Woods is just down the road. It's nice for a short stroll. If you want a proper day out, the National Trust Gower sites are within reach, or you can drive into Brecon Beacons National Park in about 40 minutes.

Inside, there's WiFi, a TV, and bedding and towels are included. The kitchenette has what you need for basics. If you want a food pack for when you arrive, just ask me beforehand and I'll get it from the local shops at cost.
