Ty Ysgubor is a converted barn on a farm just outside Gowerton. It's a really quiet spot, surrounded by fields. You're on the edge of the Gower Peninsula. You'll need a car.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's open plan downstairs. The stairs are a bit steep, typical for a barn conversion.
The cottage is on a site with a few others. You get your own garden and parking. There's a shared games room with a pool table and table tennis.
Gowerton village is about half a mile away. It's got a shop, a train station, and a couple of pubs. The trains can take you west towards Llanelli or into Swansea.
The coast is close. You can be at a Gower beach in ten to twenty minutes, depending on which one. The Mumbles is about a twenty-minute drive. It's got a promenade, places to eat, and the lifeboat station. For a really big beach, Rhossili Bay is about half an hour away. It's National Trust.
There's a cycle track nearby that goes all the way to the Mumbles if you fancy a bike ride. For walks, you're right on the edge of the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The coastal path is easily reached.
Swansea is about twenty minutes by car for bigger shops, the marina, or the museum. Cardiff is roughly an hour's drive if you want a day in the city.
In terms of what's here, you've got the washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
