This is Marina View Apartment in Swansea. It's on the first floor, overlooking the marina. You get the view and a balcony with some chairs.
It sleeps four, two bedrooms and one walk-in shower room. It's rated 4 Star. It feels modern and clean inside, the living space is all open plan. There's a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi. Parking is right outside.
The location is good. You're not far from Swansea city centre if you need shops or a cinema. The sea and the coast path are close by for a walk. The Gower Peninsula is about a twenty minute drive. The beaches there, like Rhossili, are some of the best. You can walk out to Worms Head at low tide, but check the times.
Mumbles is along the coast, maybe a ten minute drive. It's got restaurants and cafes along the front.

One thing to mention, it's an apartment. You might hear neighbours coming and going. The shower is good and powerful.
