Apartment 13

This is Apartment 13. It's on the sixteenth floor of a building in Swansea Marina. The main thing is the view. You can see the marina, the city, and the hills out the back.

It's for two people. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and comfortable. Everything's open plan. You get a Smart TV, WiFi, parking, and there's a lift to get up there.

You're right on the edge of the city centre. The beach is five minutes walk one way, and the theatre is five minutes the other. There are pubs and restaurants nearby, but you're up high so it's quiet.

If you want to explore, you're in a good spot. The Mumbles is a ten minute drive along the coast. For the Gower, you'll need the car. Rhossilli and Llangenith beaches are about forty minutes drive. It's a spectacular bit of coast, especially if you walk out to Worms Head. Check the tide times.

In the apartment, you've got a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger in the car park. No pets, sorry.
