Apartment 13

This is Apartment 13 in Swansea. It's on the sixteenth floor, so you get the views. You can see the marina, the city, and out towards the valley.

It's for two people. One bedroom with a kingsize bed. One shower room. The living space is open plan. There's a Smart TV and WiFi. You get a private parking space and there's an electric vehicle charger. The building has a lift.

It's a four star place. That means it's comfortable and everything works.

You're about a five minute walk from the beach. The theatre is just over the road. The city centre is close if you need shops or want a night out.

The Mumbles is a short drive along the coast. It's good for food and coffee. For proper beaches, you need to drive into the Gower. Llangennith and Rhossili are the big ones. The walk out to Worms Head at Rhossili is worth it, but check the tide times.
