Swallow Cottage is out on Cefn Gorwydd Fawr Farm, just outside Gowerton. It used to be part of the milking barn. There are two cottages next to each other, Swallow and Meadow, but you've got your own garden.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles I think, and one bathroom. Everything's on one level, no stairs. There's a conservatory on the back which gets the sun in the evening. The garden's quite large and looks out over the fields.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well kept. There's a proper kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washing machine is in a separate utility bit.
You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed but it's not totally dog-proof, you'd want to keep an eye on a real escape artist.
Gowerton village is a short walk down the lane. There's a Co-op, a couple of pubs that do food, a butchers, and a train station. The Gower Golf Club is about five minutes away by car.
You're right on the edge of the Gower here. It's about a twenty minute drive to the big beaches like Rhossili or Three Cliffs. The coast path is all along there. For cycling, you can pick up the track into Swansea and out to Mumbles from near the village.
If you want to go further, you can get the train from Gowerton into Swansea in ten minutes, or all the way to Cardiff in just over an hour. By car, the M4 is about ten minutes away for getting to Cardiff or heading west into Pembrokeshire.
In terms of what's here, the listing is about right. WiFi, parking, all bedding and towels are provided. It's a working farm, so you'll see sheep and sometimes hear tractors.
