Lime House is in Gorseinon. It's a former miner's cottage that we renovated a couple of years ago. You've got neighbours either side, but it's quiet. There's a small paved yard out the back with a table and chairs.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is downstairs, the shower room is up on the second floor. The stairs are steep and narrow, as you'd expect. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You're about a ten minute drive from the edge of Swansea. The Mumbles is about twenty minutes away by car, for restaurants and the pier. The main reason to stay here is for the Gower. It's a Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it starts about ten miles west. The beaches at Llangennith and Rhossilli are exceptional. Walking out to Worms Head at low tide is a proper adventure, but you have to check the tide times. There are seals sometimes.
For facilities, there's a washing machine in the utility room, WiFi, and all bedding and towels are included. There's on-street parking right outside. No pets, sorry.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust site has good information for this part of Wales.
