Ty Gwyn is on our working farm near Gowerton. It's one of three cottages here. You're in the countryside but you're not remote. The bus and train stop in the village, which is about half a mile down the lane.
The cottage sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and warm, double glazed and all that. We keep it clean.
There's a shared games room in one of the old farm buildings with a pool table and table tennis. The cottage has its own patio area with a table and chairs. You can look out over the fields.
You're here for the Gower, I expect. It's about a ten-minute drive to get onto the peninsula proper. The coast path is brilliant. Rhossili Bay is spectacular, it's National Trust. You've got Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs too. All within twenty minutes or so.
Swansea is close, about fifteen minutes by car. That's where you'll find the big shops, the marina, and the leisure centre. The Mumbles is nice for a wander along the front.
For a day out further afield, the National Botanic Garden of Wales is worth the drive, maybe forty minutes. Cardiff is about an hour if you fancy the city.
In terms of stuff here: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's parking right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
