Tirmynydd Farm Cottage is in Three Crosses, on the Gower. It's a detached cottage, about two hundred years old. It's on its own land, just over half an acre. There's formal lawn around the house and a bit of meadow as well. You get good views over to Cefn Bryn.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a wet room on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, not just a basic place.
The garden is enclosed. There's a patio with furniture and a BBQ. A public footpath runs down one side of the garden, through two kissing gates. That leads straight out onto the Gower Way path for walking.
You can park about eight cars on the drive. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
The nearest beach is about four miles away. There's a local pub you can walk to. For riding, fishing, or golf, there are places nearby.
You're right in the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For planning walks or visits, the Swansea Council Gower page has maps and information. The National Trust Gower site is useful too. Swansea is about a twenty-minute drive if you need a big shop or a cinema.
