Ty Berllan

Ty Berllan is in Gowerton, right on the edge of the Gower Peninsula. It's one of a few cottages on a 30 acre farm. It's quiet here, just fields around you.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything is double glazed.

There's a patio and garden you can use. Inside, it's open plan. The bed has its own en-suite bathroom. You get bedding and towels included. There's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Parking is right outside.

You share a games room with the other cottages. It has a pool table and table tennis. There's a local pub in Gowerton, about half a mile away. The village has a shop and a train station, which is handy.

You're about ten minutes by car from the start of the Gower coast. The Mumbles is a short drive, or you can walk or cycle there via a nearby track. It's got a promenade, the lighthouse, and places to eat.

For beaches, you've got a good choice within 15-20 minutes. Rhossili Bay is the famous one, a big sweeping beach managed by the National Trust. Llangennith is good for surfing. There are lots of smaller coves and bays to explore too.

If you want to go further, Swansea is about twenty minutes away. It has all the shops, the marina, and the national swimming pool. Cardiff is about an hour's drive. For a day out inland, the National Trust's Dinefwr parkland or the National Botanic Garden of Wales are both within 30-40 minutes.
