Ty Berllan
It's called Ty Berllan and it's in Gowerton, on the Gower. It's a small place for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's done to a good standard, clean and comfortable.
The cottage is part of a group, but it's self-contained. You get a patio garden area to yourself. There's a shared games room with a pool table and table tennis on site.
The main thing here is the location. It's about half a mile from the village, which has a shop and a pub. You're just on the edge of the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. So you're in quiet farmland, but you're only ten minutes in the car from some of the beaches. The tidal estuary at Loughor is right there if you fancy a muddy walk.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got a lot of the Gower coast. Rhossili Bay with its big beach is about a 25 minute drive. The Mumbles is about 20 minutes for a promenade walk and an ice cream. Swansea is 15 minutes for shopping or the marina.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, TV, WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right outside. The layout is open plan downstairs.
