Little Samphire

Little Samphire is in Swansea. It's a terrace house on a quiet street, about a fifteen minute walk from the seafront. It's been repainted inside recently, so it feels fresh and clean. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is about right.

It sleeps three. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is new and everything works. The living room is open plan with the kitchen. You get the whole place to yourselves, including the enclosed garden out the back. It's a proper garden with a fence, so it's secure for dogs. We take up to two.

There's a washing machine, parking for one car on the drive, and the WiFi is decent. Bedding and towels are included.

You're on the edge of the Gower. For beaches, Langland Bay is the closest proper one, maybe a twenty minute walk once you're down the hill. It's got a good path for walking along the cliffs. Rhossili Bay is about a half hour drive. It's a big, famous beach. A lot of the Gower beaches are dog friendly, but the rules change by season, so it's best to check online before you go.

The Mumbles is very close. It's a seaside town with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Oystermouth Castle is there if you're interested in that sort of thing. Swansea city centre is a short drive or bus ride away for supermarkets, the cinema, or the marina.

If you're planning trips out, these sites are useful: Explore Gower for general information and National Trust Gower for their specific sites like Rhossili.
