This is Little Samphire. It's in the Oystermouth part of the Mumbles, just outside Swansea. The cottage is terraced, but it's end-of-terrace so you've got a bit more space on one side.
It's a two-bedroom place, sleeps three. One double and one single. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is good if you've got any mobility issues. The stairs are normal. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main thing is the location. You're about a five-minute walk from Oystermouth seafront and the Mumbles village centre. There's a good mix of shops, cafes, and pubs there. You've got supermarkets close by too.
The garden is enclosed, so it's secure for dogs. You can bring up to two. There are plenty of dog-friendly walks right from the door, including the coastal path. Langland Bay is a short walk away, andRhossili Bay is about a thirty-minute drive.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a TV and WiFi. The kitchen has a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on-site, which is a big help around here.
Swansea city centre is a ten-minute drive. It has all the usual things: cinema, bowling, the marina. For history, there's Oystermouth Castle in the village, which is worth a look. Further afield, the Gower is right there for beaches, and the Brecon Beacons are about an hour's drive.
