Sonia's Highland Home

Sonia's Highland Home is a ground floor apartment in Pitlochry. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One double, one twin.

The place has a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, not a show home. Everything works. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is a wet room, so the whole floor gets wet when you shower. Just bring a bath mat.

You've got your own bit of garden out the front with a table and chairs. Parking is right outside.

Pitlochry itself is a two minute drive or a fifteen minute walk. It's a proper tourist town, so there are plenty of places to eat and drink, and shops for what you need. The Pitlochry Dam and visitor centre is worth a look, and the theatre puts on shows.

If you're into whisky, you're in luck. The Blair Athol and Edradour distilleries are basically on the doorstep. Both do tours.

For getting out, you can walk straight from the door into the hills or around Loch Faskally. The train station is close if you want to go to Perth or Inverness without driving. In under half an hour you can drive to Killiecrankie, or out towards the Cairngorms.

Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
