Garry Cottage
This is Garry Cottage. It’s a detached cottage here in Pitlochry. It’s not grand but it’s solid and comfortable.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is downstairs. It’s got a 3 Star rating.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you have a dog or kids. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
You’re right in the town, so it’s easy. The shops and places to eat are a few minutes’ walk. The pub is about 300 yards away. The River Tummel is just down the road. People come here for the fishing.
For walks, you can step straight out. Faskally Woods is good. You’ll see red squirrels if you’re quiet. There are cycle paths too. The golf course is on the edge of town.
If you want to drive out, Dunkeld and Aberfeldy are about twenty minutes. Blairgowrie is a bit further. Glenshee for skiing is an hour away. Perth is just under an hour’s drive.
The Pitlochry Festival Theatre is here. It puts on shows all summer. That’s a ten-minute walk.
Inside, it’s got what you’ll need: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. There’s a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
