Balnamuir Farmhouse
This is Balnamuir Farmhouse, on a working farm outside Logierait. It's on the Perthshire side of the Highlands. The farmhouse is detached, so you've got your own space, and there's parking right outside.
It's a four star place, sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a wood burner in the living room, a big dining kitchen and a garden. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, the usual stuff. Bedding is included. You can bring one dog.
A few things worth knowing: it's a working farm, so you'll see sheep and tractors going about. The garden is shared with the farmhouse next door, but it's a big space and there's a patio area that's just for you. It's a farm track to get here, so it's a bit bumpy.
Pitlochry is ten minutes away by car. Good for shops, cafes, and the Pitlochry Festival Theatre. For a walk, Ben Vrackie is a proper hill climb with great views. The River Tummel is good for fishing.
Further out, you've got Blair Castle about fifteen minutes away. The Cairngorms National Park starts about half an hour north, which is great for bigger walks and wildlife. Dunkeld is about twenty minutes south, nice for a wander by the river.
