The Byre
The Byre is a cottage near Buildwas, in Shropshire. It's a conversion from an old farm building, so there are stone walls and wooden beams inside. It's all on the ground floor.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. You can bring one dog.
The main room is open-plan, with the living, kitchen, and dining area together. There's an electric stove that looks like a wood burner. It heats the place up and is nice to look at. You've got a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine.
Outside, there's an enclosed garden patio area with a BBQ. It's private. Parking is right there.
It's part of a small group of converted properties on the same site. If you've got more people, you can book the others nearby. This one is just for two.
The location is quiet. The Shropshire Hills area is good for walking. You can drive into Ironbridge Gorge in about ten minutes. All the museums and the famous bridge are there. It's a World Heritage Site.
Shrewsbury is about a fifteen minute drive. That's the proper town with all the shops and restaurants. If you want to go further, the Attingham Park estate is about twenty minutes away.
