The Corn House is near Buildwas, in Shropshire. It's a detached, single-storey stone building. It was a farm outbuilding originally. Now it’s a holiday cottage.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one is a double and one has twin beds. There’s one bathroom with a shower. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and well looked after.
The main room has a kitchen at one end and a sitting area at the other. There’s a wood-burning stove. The big windows look out over the fields towards The Wrekin. That’s the view you get. It’s a quiet spot.
Outside there’s a private patio with a table and chairs. You can sit out there. There’s parking right next to the cottage.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There’s Wi-Fi and a TV.
For walks, the Shropshire Hills are right there. The Shropshire's Great Outdoors site has maps. The National Trust's Attingham Park is about a 20-minute drive. Ironbridge Gorge is just down the road, maybe ten minutes by car. Shrewsbury town centre is about 15 minutes away if you need shops or a market.
