The Old Sweet Shop is in Broseley, a small town in Shropshire. It used to be a sweet shop, obviously. It's on three floors, so you get a bit of climbing. The stairs are solid, but like most old buildings, they can be a bit steep. The two bedrooms are double rooms and they're both ensuite, which is handy.
Inside, it's comfortable and clean. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's in good order and has everything you'd need. There's a kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher. WiFi. Outside you get a small decked balcony off the first floor. It's private.
There's a shop and a pub about a hundred yards away. The pub does food. The main reason to be here is the location. Ironbridge Gorge, the World Heritage Site, is basically on your doorstep. The museums there are fascinating. The Shropshire Hills are beautiful for walking. You can get to Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, or Much Wenlock all in under half an hour. They're nice market towns.
For a full list of what's here: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, parking for one car, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
