Heron's Den

Heron's Den is in Horncastle, in Lincolnshire. It's a modern property, built to be accessible. The front door has level access and the ground floor is all on one level. There's a wet room and a double bedroom down there.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and are both king size. They've got Smart TVs. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The living area is open plan. There's a kitchen at one end. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The garden is paved, with a patio area and a BBQ. You can park right outside.

It's a 5 Star place. That means it's well-finished and has everything. It's geared up for wheelchair users if needed, with wide doors and grab rails in the wet room. We can provide a cot and a highchair.

You can bring one dog. The garden is enclosed but it's not huge, just so you know.

Horncastle is a small market town. There are some antique shops and a few cafes. The main street is a five-minute walk. St. Mary's Church is worth a look if you like that sort of thing.

For a day out, the Lincolnshire Wolds are right on the doorstep. Good for walking and cycling. Wolds Wildlife Park is about a 15-minute drive. Further afield, Lincoln is about half an hour by car. The cathedral is impressive. The coast, around Skegness, is roughly 45 minutes.
