Banovallum Cottage is on a quiet lane in Horncastle. It's a terraced house. It's clean and tidy and has a 4 star rating. It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom.
You've got a small yard out the back, which is private. There's a hot tub there. Parking is on the drive at the front.
The cottage has a wood burning stove, which is nice in the colder months. There's a dishwasher, WiFi, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but it's an old cottage so the rest of the layout inside is fairly standard.
You're right in the town. The local shop, a couple of pubs, and places to eat are about five minutes' walk. Horncastle is a proper market town with a bit of history. The Viking Way walking route goes through it.
Lincoln is about half an hour's drive. The cathedral and castle are worth seeing. The National Trust has a few properties in the county, like Gunby Hall. Skegness is about the same distance the other way if you want the seaside.
Woodhall Spa is close, maybe fifteen minutes. It's got nice walks and the Kinema in the Woods. For golfers, there are courses at Woodhall Spa and locally.
No pets, sorry. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
