The Old Stables
The Old Stables is on our small holding, just outside West Ashby. It's detached, which is nice. It's all on one level, no stairs to worry about. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well looked after.
You're on eight acres here, so it's quiet. The cottage looks out over our fields. There's a pub and a restaurant about half a mile down the lane. The village shop is two miles.
You're right on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Good for walking straight from the door. Horncastle is a couple of miles away for a bigger shop. Lincoln is about a thirty minute drive. The cathedral is worth seeing. Lincoln Castle is there too.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside. We accept up to two well-behaved dogs.
