White Cottage
White Cottage is in Hemingby. It's semi-detached and looks out over fields. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have a dog or small children.
It sleeps three. There's a double bedroom and a single bedroom, and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. You've got everything you need, but it's not luxurious. The stairs are a typical cottage staircase.
There's a pub about half a mile up the road. It's a proper village pub. The nearest shop is in Horncastle, about three miles away.
The village has an 18-hole golf course. Cadwell Park racing circuit is about five miles away if that's your sort of thing.
For walking and cycling, you're in the Lincolnshire Wolds, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The paths are good. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Gunby Hall.
Coningsby is about 13 miles away. You can see the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight aircraft there if you time it right.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. We have a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring one dog.
Lincoln is about a 25 minute drive. The coast at Skegness is around 40 minutes.
