Boot Room
This place is called Boot Room. It's one of two barns, next to Tack Room, on our land in Market Stainton.
It's a five star rating, which means it's been done to a high standard. It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are doubles with a kingsize bed and their own shower room.
Downstairs is all open plan. There's a wood burner, which is good for cooler evenings. The back looks out over our garden towards a small lake and some woods.
You get your own bit of garden. There's a patio and an enclosed lawn, so it's safe for dogs. We accept up to two pets.
On the practical side: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and parking right outside. All the bedding and towels are included.
You can walk straight from the property onto a bridle path. It leads to Donington-on-Bain, about a mile away. They have a village shop, a post office, a pub, and a tearoom.
If you want to go further, Louth and Horncastle are market towns about twenty minutes drive. Lincoln, for the cathedral and castle, is roughly half an hour. For the coast, Skegness and Mablethorpe are about forty minutes east.
