The Groom's Quarters
The Groom's Quarters is a barn conversion on the edge of our arable farm near East Barkwith. It's detached, so you're on your own. The view from here is over the fields, which is nice to have.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, and each one has its own bathroom. That's handy. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. It's all on one level, which makes it easy to get around.
Being here is quiet. You'll hear the birds and the farm going about its business. The village of East Barkwith is about a mile and a half away. There's a shop and a pub there that does food.
For getting out, you're on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Good for walks or bike rides straight from the door. Lincoln is about 25 minutes in the car if you want a cathedral or proper shops. The coast at Skegness or Mablethorpe is about 35 minutes if you fancy the beach.
Facilities: everything's included. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Parking right outside. The garden has a patio. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
